Hi everyone! My name is Paulina and you may know me from my blog Paulina's Passions
. I was very excited when the lovely Shanna invited me to contribute to this blog. I really love Heroine NYC nail polishes. They are very pigmented, so it makes them absolutely perfect for creating nail art designs.
I hope you will like this floral nail art pictorial I prepared today. I think this mani can be achieved by anyone - even beginners! You just need a small nail art brush (toothpick would do as well) and some creativity. Remember, when painting these abstract flowers, don't overthink it. Let the brush do the job.
Start off by applying two coats of White Noise
. Wait for your base to dry.
With a small nail art brush paint random pink flower petals. The flowers don't have to be perfect. In fact, the more abstract they look the better. The bright Mean Girl is a perfect color that pops against the white base.
Add another layer of flower petals with Touch Me Not. This will create more depth to the flowers.
With the same purple (Touch Me Not) add smaller flowers in between the pink ones. Again, they don't have t be perfect.
Adding bright green leaves will make the flowers look more vibrant. I used the beautiful Sublime. You can use a smaller nail art brush for this step as it requires a little bit more precision.
At the end add some black dots with Lights Out in the middle of the flowers. Apply a good layer of top coat and your mani is finished!
Here are all the steps put together, so you have a good overview to create this mani step by step:
Will you be recreating this beautiful flower mani?
